Our Story – The Journey of Timeless

1. From a lockdown hobby to a brand loved by thousands.

   Timeless began back in the summer of 2020, during lockdown. Like many people at the time, I was looking for something new to keep me busy, and that’s when I first became interested in candle making.

   I began researching the craft and even invested in a candle-making diploma (which, to this day, I still haven’t found the time to log into!). As I explored the world of home fragrance, I soon discovered just how popular wax melts were becoming, and I knew I wanted to learn more.

   What started as curiosity quickly became a real passion. I spent countless hours researching, testing and experimenting, learning everything I possibly could about wax melts and home fragrance. I wanted to create products that not only smelled incredible but offered a quality experience that customers would come back for time and time again.

   Six Years of Timeless

   Fast-forward six years, and what began as a small idea during lockdown has grown into something I could only have dreamed of back in 2020.

   Just one year after those first experiments, we opened the doors to our very own shop in Burnley town centre. Five years on, our shop has become a home for Timeless, supported by our amazing team and a community of customers who have helped shape our journey.

   From sell-out restocks and raffles that sell out within minutes to queues outside the shop, we’ve experienced so many incredible moments along the way. Every order, visit, kind message and recommendation has played a part in helping us grow.

   We are incredibly proud of how far Timeless has come, but what means the most to us is the loyal and supportive community behind the brand. Knowing that our customers love our products just as much as we love creating them is something we will never take for granted.

   You can find us at 37 Hammerton Street, Burnley, Lancashire, UK, where all our products are carefully handmade and hand-poured in our own workshop.

   We’ve dedicated a huge amount of time to sourcing quality ingredients and refining our products, because we believe that what goes into our wax melts matters just as much as the fragrance itself.

   We use our own blend of natural soy wax, carefully developed to create highly scented wax melts. We use vegan and cruelty-free fragrance oils, alongside natural powders, biodegradable plant-based glitters and dyes, and packaging that is recycled, reusable or biodegradable.

   We also use fragrance at the maximum permitted level under applicable UK requirements, helping us deliver the beautiful scents our customers know and love.

   Every product is made with care, attention to detail and a genuine passion for home fragrance. From our workshop to your home, we want every Timeless experience to feel special.
